Palm Springs Wedding Florist: Colorful Welcome Brunch

Venue: Ingleside Estate, Palm Springs

Fall in the desert does not always mean muted tones. As a Palm Springs wedding florist, we leaned into vibrant orange and yellow for this welcome brunch at Ingleside Estate. The palette that felt sun-warmed, playful, and entirely true to the season without losing an ounce of elegance.

This celebration welcomed two brides into their wedding weekend: pool deck brunch, rehearsal dinner at Melvyn’s, and fountain courtyard ceremony. Colorful florals, citrus details, and tablescapes designed to feel cheerful from the very first glance as guests arrived.

The Venue: Ingleside Estate, Palm Springs

Ingleside Estate is one of our favorite Palm Springs wedding venues to design within. The poolside setting, the clean architectural lines, and the desert light all give a florist real material to work with. As a Palm Springs wedding florist, we are drawn to this venue, ultimately, because the space already has a point of view. Our job is simply to answer it, letting the architecture and light guide every design decision.

Ingleside Estate has quickly become one of our favorite venues for Palm Springs weddings and welcome events. Its combination of poolside elegance and desert charm makes it a natural fit for couples drawn to colorful, editorial design.

A Fall Palette in the Desert

We designed florals for this brunch around dahlias, ranunculus, and parrot tulips, seasonal blooms in shades of orange and yellow. As a wedding florist working across Palm Springs and Southern California, we love designing with what is genuinely in season. It brings a richness and depth to the arrangements that cannot be replicated any other time of year.

The arrangements were intentionally bloom forward, textural, and colorful, echoing the linens and venue accents already on site. As a result, the whole tablescape felt cohesive rather than staged on top of the venue. This is the heart of how we approach Palm Springs wedding: florals should feel like they belong to the space.

Details Worth Noticing

The smallest details often carry the most feeling. Dried citrus slices tucked on each mimosa and low table arrangements brought texture and warmth to the tabletop. A single marigold bloom resting on a fresh orange became an unexpected, beautiful place card holder. And for a truly memorable touch, the couple released real butterflies during the brunch. This playful, joyful moment matched the spirit of the brides’ celebration perfectly.

These are the details we love building into every Palm Springs wedding: intentional touches guests remember long after.
